Most of the e commerce sites supply products but then forget about service , if a small spare part is worn whole product becomes useless, and u cant find spare anywhere in those sites. I needed a few spares , I searched for it almost everywhere but only ultima could bring it to me , it was delayed because of unavailability in your inventory , but you made sure i got it in the end .
